On city streets, San Francisco Police Department, Crime Information Services Unit, 1245 3rd St; collision reports are requested through the online incident-report portal with photo identification or in person, at no charge, with a minimum of five business days from the collision. On the freeways, CHP San Francisco Area, 455 Eighth St, whose stated jurisdiction runs from the Bay Bridge east toll plaza through the city, south on US-101 and I-280 to Millbrae, and south on SR-1 to Montara Beach. Knowing which agency responded tells you where to request the report, and we can request it for you.
Does it matter that none of your lawyers sit in San Francisco?

How long do I have to bring a claim?
